hey have we met? i don't think so. I'm the cortisol gene. pleasure to meet you. i'm BRCA1 -- one of the breast cancer genes. not to worry. i actually prevent cancer. they just call me that based on what occurs if i have a mutation. seriously, i code for a tumor suppressor protein. i'm one of the good guys. you don't have to be scared of me. i just have a really unfortunate name. ok then. see you around!
